We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Below you will find all information about delivery and shipping.

I. Shipping

The shipping is normally effected always made as a parcel by courier service. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the weight of the shipment. All orders for accessories, received until 11 a.m. on working days from Monday to Friday, are usually send on the same day (depending on the method of payment, the receipt of payment is assumed). Orders for devices will be send within approx. 7 days.

If you order several articles within one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods (unless otherwise agreed) in one joint shipment. In this case, the total delivery time for your order of goods will be the delivery time that applies to the article in your order with the longest delivery time.

For larger orders abroad, shipping companies may be commissioned.

Of course you can also pick up the goods at our company headquarters.

1. Shipping costs & delivery time

a) Basic principles

For deliveries within Germany, shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of the shipment. This also applies to consumers up to a value of goods of € 297.49 (€ 250.00 net + 19% VAT). From a value of goods from 297.50 € (net goods value over  250.00 € +19% VAT) no shipping and handling charges are incurred ( only valid for consumers).

For deliveries within the EU or to non-EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee. This depends on the weight as well as the dimensions of the shipment.

Important note: For deliveries within the EU or to non-EU countries, import taxes, customs duties and customs costs may be charged by the country of destination. These are levied by the respective import customs office and are at the expense of the recipient. The amount of the costs depends on the import regulations of the recipient country.
